Unconscious bias training should be about more than just knowing you have the tendency to behave a certain way or a predisposition toward certain language and choices. The training needs to help leaders and co-workers to act on their awareness of bias with a conscious effort toward kindness and concern for the effects their pre-dispositioned choices could make.
